We offer a 30-day return policy on all Braun timepieces and clocks, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. Our goal is to ensure your absolute satisfaction with the precision and design of your purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original Braun presentation box and secure it within a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
